The Borough of Redbridge lies in East London and is known as a leafy suburb and is covered by forest and greenery. Redbridge Museum examines the many diverse people, places, and experiences that make up the Borough history. The Museum operates with local people, has over 70 exhibitions and presentations. The Museum runs a program of events and activities throughout the year, from talks and films to crafts and treasure hunts; there is something for all ages. Learn about the moving stories of people who lived in Redbridge and the legacy that they left behind. Learn history from over a thousand years and discover some fantastic stories. The Museum & Heritage Service conveys a broad range of free education assemblies based around the national curriculum. These educational gatherings can take place at the Museum or Valentines Mansion.
